The contribution of the great social reformer of India in bringing about cultural and educational transformation is immense. Mahatma Jyotiba Phule, Chhatrapati Rajshree Shahu Maharaj and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, architect of the Indian Constitution, contributed a lot.

He was a thinker, jurist, savior of downtrodden and Bahujan society and the architect of the Indian Constitution, hence his name is written in golden letters in the history of India. In bringing social and educational change in India, Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar has contributed a lot.
Ancient times
In the ancient times, the influence of caste system, caste system, ignorance and superstition, religion, custom, tradition, customs etc. was more in India. In Indian society due to lack of education
Many old customs and traditions were followed.

Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar considered Mahatma Jyotiba Phule as his educational guru. Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar was influenced by the thoughts of Saint Kabir and Lord Gautam Buddha in the spiritual field. Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar had a deep study of sociology, economics, history, political science, religion, culture, law, western society, development of democracy etc.
Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar thought that first make the slave aware that he is a slave, then he will automatically rebel against slavery.
Due to the lack of education in the downtrodden and Bahujan communities of Indian society, ignorance and superstitions were observed more. Due to lack of right to education, problems like poverty, hunger and unemployment had arisen in the downtrodden Dalit and Bahujan society. Education is needed to bring about change in Indian society. To develop the Bahujan society, they must get the right to education.
Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar gave the educational mantra of learn, organize and struggle.
He said that unless the people of the downtrodden Dalit and Bahujan communities get education, their social and educational development will not take place
Thoughts were put forward that the downtrodden Dalit and Bahujan society would develop only if universal and free education should be provided
